CREATIVE WRITING COURSES AND SERVICES
I offer the following courses and services for individuals and groups:
- One to one private tuition sessions ~ £20 an hour plus expenses
- Small group private tuition sessions (up to 6) ~ £30 an hour plus expenses
- Community creative writing courses ~ £20 an hour plus expenses
- Creative writing workshops (all day) ~ £200 plus expenses
(Expenses include 25% of stated fee for resources, plus travelling costs)

A further education creative writing course outline
I am available to do creative writing workshops, readings and residencies. I am happy to work with age groups from 8-12, teenage and adults. My writing profile is published in the author database of the Scottish Book Trust's website, and I am qualified to participate in their Live Literature funded projects and events. I am a holder of an Enhanced Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland.
Ideas that interest me include the relationship between our words and our ways of doing, feeling and thinking; words as verbal music; how our choice of words shapes the sound and colour of our writing as much as the form and meaning; and the writing process as a self-expedition.
